From the first time we met her, we knew that Karen was going to work to sell our house as if it were her own. It was refreshing to work with someone who utilizes all of the available technology- from listing our home on multiple websites including Craig's List, to the extensive use of digital photography. This, combined with her enthusiasm, compassion, and determination, sold our home.
Karen was always accessible and did a fabulous job acting in our behalf when we were out of town. She maintained a calm demeanor even when I was not able to do the same. Her stellar ability to deal with the emotional aspects of selling our home was invaluable. We had complete trust and confidence in Karen during the entire process. Without hesitation, Karen went above and beyond the call of duty to handle many stressful situations, lifting the burden from our shoulders.
