Karen's job dedication and unyielding optimism helped me and my family purchase a lovely townhouse in a very short amount of time and within our budget. We did not make Karen's job easy--we needed to find an affordable home in the Hayfield school district in approximately three weeks time, and to complicate matters more, my husband currently works overseas and had to review descriptions and photos of various properties by email. Although we sometimes lost all hope we would find a home quickly, and nearly resigned ourselves to remaining renters, Karen was the eternal optimist and managed to get the job done.
