I want to express my gratitude for your diligence, professionalism, and creativity in selling my house in a difficult housing market. I had heard that Realtors were all the same, but I can't imagine anyone else providing more personalized service to meet my needs. Your enthusiasm and 24 x 7 availability certainly kept the Realtors and buyers motivated to see my property. Karen, your suggestion to put my house on the market during the Winter months proved to be a stroke of genius. Selling the house in February was beyond my expectations.
