We must admit when we decided to sell our property in Alexandria, VA and was afforded the opportunity to interview two realtors which USAA provided, we immediately knew you were the one to sell the property. The first interview alerted us that you are actively engaged in real estate, had attended training and was always enrolling in more courses related to real estate. You are a burst of energy, and your enthusiasm was a relief as we knew you would devote time to sell our property. Jim and I recognized your talents and capabilities early on, and we knew we made the correct decision with you.
Even with the state of the market, you never let up! The weekly updates were outstanding, and the countless hours we spent back/forth sending emails and the telephone calls are noteworthy. You never gave an answer to a question without checking first ... if you were not totally sure, you would check with your broker and then provide the answer! We appreciate you for that too.
Your knowledge of real estate, professionalism, and pleasant personality are all traits that make you an asset to Century 21 and any one looking for an agent who will give 110%!
